Academy President Tom Sherak announced today that the 83rd Annual Academy Awards will be presented on Sunday, February 27, 2011. The ceremony will again take place at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center® in Hollywood, and will be televised live by the ABC Television Network.

Nominations will be announced at 5:30 a.m. PT on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater and the Scientific and Technical Awards presentation will take place on Saturday, February 12, 2011.
